The calibration plates can be used for the calibration of machines, vision systems or microscope.

These calibration plates are produced in our workshops, on different supports and with different coatings, according to your needs and specifications.

Standard models such as USAF1951 or Siemens Star are also available.

We call precision graduation any optical component with a high-resolution pattern.

Technical information

Substrate

-Glass Sodalime, Quartz, D263, optical filter. Antireflective filter (R<5%) -Other substrate on request.

Coating on substrate

-Reflective chromium (R>60%). Antireflective chromium (R<5% at a specific wavelength). Coating on both side of substrate available.

Dimensions

According to customer specifications. Machining with precise alignment of the pattern to the outer shape.
