Glass photomasks are high-resolution chromium-on-glass master tools defining precise patterns in photolithography, directly determining accuracy and quality across semiconductor, electronics, medical, and optical fabrication processes.

OPTICAL ENCODER DISCS
Our optical encoder discs deliver high-resolution, application-specific graduation patterns on glass and film, ensuring precise motion feedback and reliable performance in demanding systems.

CALIBRATION PLATES & TARGETS
Precision graduation patterns and calibration plates are custom photolithographic glass reference artifacts ensuring geometric accuracy, dimensional stability, and traceable calibration for optical, metrology, and machine vision systems.

We handle 2D fine-glass machining work, down to 0.1mm thickness, using our in-house designed equipment. Our highly versatile tooling allow us to process every type of request, from wafer cutting and dicing to calibration plate chamfering.
